"Properties shows signs of wear, but kept clean and in order. Washing machines on site, pool was a bit cool for swimming but hot tub was nice. Breakfast was pretty standard, definitely nothing special, most hotels set a pretty low bar and this is one of them. Nice staff. Would stay again."

"This is more about how they made it quite difficult to refund the money they basically stole from me. I didn't know anything about the rule that locals could not stay at this hotel, I booked the room, and upon arrival they showed me the door, neither they nor Hotels.com have bothered to follow up with me. Thanks for nothing."

"Room was mostly clean. Need more chairs by pool area and believe there was a event and restaurant not prepared. Ran out of most food and hour wait. Staff super friendly. "

"Breakfast was pretty good. We were there three nights and they never cleaned our room, we just had to ask for extra towels. The sleeper was just the couch. It was okay, but a bit hard. Definitely glad we brought our own blankets too. We skipped the pool, it was a bit cloudy. The staff was nice and the place was clean. Those are important!"

"When we checked in, we were not provided information regards to checkout time, WiFi access, parking, breakfast, and no physical key card. Your front desk male needs additional training."
