"Great building, and dtn location.... I was overcharged on my final invoice and couldn't get anyone to return a call for days. Then magically i was partially refunded but a debate occurred because i was looking for the all of the $15 daily amenities that were NOT accounted for on my "final" invoice. I had fortunately taken pics of my invoices from the bar which were put on my rooms tab, but oddly those invoices disappeared from my final invoice...(very strange accounting) I have a corrected final invoice, but a week later i have not been refunded. Refunding money owed to a client when over billed seems to be an issue beyond the The Heathman staff's current abilities.........."
