"Hotel didn’t have body wash nor soap and when I asked front desk for some they told me I can use the hand soap or go next door to purchase some . Nothing but homeless people drinking and smoking outside of the hotel doors and things kept falling apart . Rooms was very clean but very cold , heat worked but not well "

"Great location if you plan to stay downtown. Nice hotel. Everything was good except room keeping never came. I stayed from Wednesday to Sunday. I really needed clean towels and the room done. I even requested it by text message. "
