"Everything was clean and new, and the staff very nice. Bedding was new looking ad comfortable, but be aware that the beds are super high off the floor. They will not be accessible for older people or anyone with knee/hip problems. We had to climb up onto them. If they were any higher I would have needed a stool. I am 5'4". When I made the reservation I did not realize there were not coffee makers in the rooms. That was quite inconvenient as I was traveling with my granddaughter. I wake up very early and am not going to leave the room to get coffee while I leave a 6 year old alone."

"The front-desk clerk was facing system problems of her own when we came in to check-in - only to find that we had made the reservation incorrectly. She was very cool and professional as she worked through the large queue of guests behind us, and then worked with us to get our old reservation cancelled, and a new reservation setup. I wish I could remember her name to call-her-out on her great service!"
