"Our first time in Detroit. We actually had booked a different nearby hotel, but that one was simply horrid. I have to say that Kara and Tracy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Staying here was a blessing that we were very grateful for. We enjoyed four breakfasts as part of our stay. Very robust. Great options and different variety each day. The food service was excellent and the breakfast area although small was very well kept up. We had a small problem with our TV and the remote but staff worked tirelessly to resolve it. Something to do with the programming of the TV with our actual room number."

"Check in was good. Front desk was polite and helpful. But when we went to check in our room at 7pm our was being cleaned. I found this weird because we had a 3pm check in time. Again the girl at the front desk was helpful and assigned us a new room. This hotel is dirty and is in need of a deep clean. "
