"The staff were very pleasant. The food was ok. But there was a very unpleasant smell of sewage and burning plastic in and around our cabin. Our cabin was located at the back od the resort amongst accomodation for staff. At the back and to the side of our cabin were areas being cleared and burnt. "Location is excellent. Driving up to the parking for holiday inn lobby is not for the faint-hearted. Narrow turns. 😂 Room is great. Very spacious though sofa bed is not for the not-so-young. Probably doable for kids. Not exactly sea view though our room is supposed to have sea view as it’s not on a higher floor. More immigration centre view and sky view. Amenities were provided. Breakfast variety was excellent. Family had lots of items to choose from. However, understaffed. A guest carried his child to juice carrots and celery. The child was stepping on the alcove where the juice glasses are placed for all of us. Wish a staff had told off the parent. "
