"Although the hotel is a little dated, it is well maintained and made up for it with its fridendly and helpful staff. A specail thank you to Maya at receiption, who make out check in smooh and welcoming. The location is not the most convenient, especially for getting to the main shopping and transport areas, but we appreciated that the hotel provideds a complimentary shuttle service, which was very helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"[WHAT WE LOVED] EVERYTHING! Location (within 10 minutes walk to Jonker Street), clean, spacious, lights on bathroom mirror (convenient for make up), direct USB charger, nice bed and pillows and bolsters, water dispenser, friendly and helpful staffs, no smoking hotel! Overall it's a big big like for ibis! β€”β€”β€” β€”β€”β€” β€”β€”β€” [AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT] The facilities wear off a bit. Can see some minor parts (toilet bowl) chipped off, and toilet door is hard to close (need to push / pull very hard for the door latch to fit) but overall not impacting the staying experience as it is clean and in good location. (Might want to consider replacing the toilet seat cover in the lobby restroom?) β€”β€”β€” β€”β€”β€” β€”β€”β€” [OVERALL] Definitely one of my top choices for Melaka accommodation."

"Hotel and room was great at the price point, just unfortunate didn't manage to get any early check-in on the day of arrival. In fact, only got keys to room 15 mins after the standard check-in time. Apart from that, enjoyed the balcony in the room and the large bathtub too. Buffet Breakfast was great with a wide selection of food. Hotel is also located within walking distance with good food options. Oh, another thing. Love the pool, that actually comes with sea salt rather than the usual chlorine, which does more wonders for hair and skin than the chlorine would."
