"My partner, seven months old daughter and I stayed for six nights at the Royal Park Hotel Iconic Shidome Tokyo. The room was spacious and a decent baby cot was set up for us in the room upon our request. The hotel is located in a short walking distance from public transport, and there is a convenience store downstairs. Breakfast was good, there was also laundry facility and a shared microwave which was very helpful for us as we were travelling with our seven month old baby. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Overall, great experience."

"The hotel was conveniently located next to Shinagawa train station, making it easy to get around. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room amenities were also fantastic, making our first time in Tokyo an excellent start to our Japan holiday. Will definitely come back to this hotel. "

"Location can’t be beat being linked to Osaka main station and Shin Osaka station. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping centres within walking distance. Hotel room clean and compact but stocked with necessities. Staff interaction was positive. Luggage handling service available if you wish to transport luggage ahead of visit. Coin laundry service great, with the ability to check available machines via the in room tv. Would definately recommend. Hope to return someday. "
