"Location is amazing. Condition of resort was not good. We had no network during the entire stay and their WiFi was down. In short no communication from outside word for entire three days. Staff doesn't really care much. Food was pretty average. Reaching to this place is an hassle but location is pretty amazing. "This hotel was incredible. The room was a comfortable size, beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were so comfy. They decorated it in rose petals and balloons for my birthday as a driving surprise ( after my partner asked them) The outside of the building was so intricately decorated in carved sandstone. "Beautiful property, excellent staff, great food at restaurants and luxurious room. The property is beautiful, with lots of nice interiors, sit outs and green areas. The rooms are very well maintained, clean and good amenities. The restaurants offer delicious food and customisation. The front desk staff is very helpful, providing decent service and support for any requests. Our son fell ill during the trip and staff provided lots of assistance and support as needed. Special thanks to Mr Chandra from restaurants, Mr Mukul and Ms Akansha from front desk."
