"When we first checked in the room (a queen room) even though booked for 2 adults was only catering for a single person- one towel, one tea bag, one toothbrush, one pair of slippers etc. This was corrected when it was pointed out to them but even at 9:00 pm I had housekeepers coming and knocking on the door wanting to come into the room in the pretence of bringing another bath towel even though this had been done before 4 pm. "The staff were quite helpful. We were very grateful as they allowed us to checkout a little later than 11.00am so we did not need to hang around for too long before our departure to the airport. They also arranged the taxi for the airport. The room service was quite prompt. However the hotel room was dingy and bedding, towels etc were stained. The room and the corridors was smelly.
