"totally misrepresented on the website. photos from years ago lead one to believe. it's a functioning hotel. paid a ridiculous amount to fund the upcoming renovation. i would expect a refund. highlights: dirty carpet in room, horrible unhygienic repair work in shower, dank and uncared for. reception is a mess, public area look like a doss house. walls peeling... breakfast was meagre and tasteless the WiFi worked, amazing"

"It was a v bad exp. Booked thru expedia n hotel was rigid on kids entry. Even not ready to cancel the room. Tea served on breakfast was in broken cup.... smelly restaurant. a terrible experience. "
