We were greeted by Tucker at the front desk on arrival and he apologized that our original suite was unavailable so he kindly offered me an update to the presidential suite which had two bathrooms, large private bedroom with a king sized bed, a living room, dining room and an outdoor private balcony patio. It was my favorite hotel stay to date. "
