"The staff was very helpful and nice. When I arrived at Eaglewood Resort and spa, I needed some cough drops, which the store there didn't have, so one of the managers had some personal ones and gave me some. I also had a medical emergency, the staff was very helpful before, during, and after the emergency. The staff treated me like a family member. The room I was in was very quiet, great insulation. I went to the grill and bar for dinner and had a cesar salad. What I got was the best salad...

"Very nice resort. Clean room and comfortable bed in my king size bedroom. Great food at Wright's Brew & Bistro - friendly staff as well. Excellent catered food for our conference! I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that I called the front desk for a blanket but it never arrived and after calking back a few times, no one answered the phone. Even with that, I wouldn't hesitate to revisit this location."
