Room was clean and well maintained, bed was comfy. The pool was not heated, but otherwise pretty nice. I had prepaid for my room and they charged me after I left, but they immediately reversed the charge once I got in touch with them, so just check your credit card when you leave.

The staff was very friendly, had good laughs and very detailed about the hotels amenities. Parking is simple and the room was a bit dusty for my liking yet I would stay again for the wonderful convince of the view once you walk outside.

Positives: Rooms were fairly clean, beds were comfortable, grandsons enjoyed the pool and breakfast, nice setting near the marina. Negatives: the rooms smelled musty, damp odor coming from the AC units, the evening male desk attendant had a disrespectful tone with guests and was using foul language. I will not stay here again.

The stairs and hallway carpets were not very well cleaned. We stayed six days, and cookie crumbs, bits of paper, sparkels from candy, and dried cereal were on the stairs and in two separate hallways the whole six days. Because they have maid service only once every three days, that meant in our six nights there the room was cleaned only once. Very early in the morning, during the afternoon. and late at night the hot water was fine. But when we tried to shower, during peak useage times, there was very little hot water available. The whole facility is just OK, but it badly needs a refresh or remodel.

Has definite potential. The internet was out, staff said they had been without internet for 8 days though. Breakfast tasted a little off and pancake maker quit working. They were definitely having a rough week but overall the room and hotel were clean and relaxing.
