"No room services!!!"

"Filthy, disgusting room, sheets were stained, the person at the reception was not interested in assisting at any way, not even able, according to her, to give us new clean sheets to replace ourselves. We asked for that immediately upon arrival, it was not even 7pm, but she was completely useless. The worst thing yet was the smell, the placed smelled like an ashtray. When I asked to speak to the manager, Antonio, I received an email address, so we really had no one to speak to. We highly don't recommend this place! It's terrible! Avoid it if you can."

"Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. One of the best parts was that I was able to bring my pet with me, which made the trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The cleaning staff did an amazing job during my stay. On the second day, they changed the sheets and towels and kept everything very clean and organized. Their attention to detail was truly appreciated. The only downside was the breakfast. Unfortunately, there was not much variety. It mainly consisted of muffins and waffles, and I was expecting a few more options available for guests. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again."

"The location was convenient for us. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a small menu so we chose to go out instead. It was a nice room with a fair price."

"Breakfast was good. The staff was great. But the room smelled like marijuana and the hot tub needs the jets worked on. I could hardly tell that they were working !"

"I appreciate the staff friendliness and allowing us to use breakfast area for a brief family gathering in the evening. However, please reserve rooms for families with kids on the first floor or another area. Both nights kids were running the hall, screaming, riding the luggage cart while their parents were either in the room or another part of the building. That noise all night up until checkout was very annoying and distracting to say the least. I’m just putting it mildly. I’ve stayed at this location before but this was one of the most unsettling, and disappointing places I’ve been. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars. Breakfast was good and staff friendly as said. "
