"Great all inclusive hotel. The staff is amazing, good food and drink options, property well maintained and clean. The buffet restaurant has great food options, and there are a few a la carte restaurants you can also book as part of your package. There is also a crepe bar next to the main swimming pool and they serve an amazing espresso. Room fridge is daily refilled with drinks included in the package. There are bars day and night if you want an extra drink. There are activities for kids, but not many for a 11yo, but my son enjoyed playing in the swimming pool and drinking delicious virgin mojitos all day 😂. There is a small shop with beach/swimming pool essenciais with very reasonable prices. I never had issues with parking, although I stayed at the hotel most of my time. My son forgot his phone in the last day and we realised only at the airport. I contacted the guest relations and they were very helpful to communicate with another guest to bring the phone to me.
