"Great waterslides, variety of pools, nice scenery with many plants, sport options. Kids club wasnt really useful as it closed during lunchtime, when we actually needed it. Playground for older kids does not exist, it is on the map but there is nothing there. Food all tasted the same despite having thematic days. Ice cream quality was terrible."

"This is the second time I have stayed here. The hotel and pool are gorgeous and the rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. A special mention goes to the staff - in all locations (reception, kitchen, pool, cleaning etc) who are very gracious and always make me feel so very welcome!"

"The staff at the hotel could not do more for you - any problem and they would do all they could to fix it or give you some options. The waiters at the restaurant were lovely especially an older lady who worked inside - so accommodating. Be VERY careful when you walk round the pool - it is so slippy and there were a number of people who slipped and fell. You couldn’t confidently walk round it and I definitely think that is something they need to look in to. Some of the beds around the pool were also broken and there had obviously been some parasols broken too as so many were missing and never replaced so meant there weren’t enough to go around. Also, the selection of all inclusive drinks was minimal and I haven’t been anywhere that you can’t get ice cream during the day at the resort (you had to pay for it at the beach bar if you wanted it). All in all a lovely place to go but it does have some areas it needs to improve on."
