"The room was small, but friendly and functional. The reception personnel let's you email your boarding pass to the hotel, and they print it out - very convenient. The breakfast is richer than I have seen at any hotel in a long time - It is a meal, complete with vegetables! I successfully went clothes shopping in nearby (walking distance) shopping mall. Finally, staff calls you a Taxi with a single button presd, and the taxi shows up in 3 minutes - every time. Impressive."

"Great property with the most friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic beating the breakfast I’ve had in Italy. Great coffee, fresh juice/smoothie and honeycomb for my fresh yogurt. Property is on the ski slop with ski in and ski out. Only downside is restaurant is closed for lunch, the cafe had a few snack options but no other food restaurants near by and there is no elevator. A small handicap/luggage elevator would do wonders. Probably my best stay on my 3 week trip to Europe. "

Very reasonably priced, a 2 minute walk from the railway station, located close to the sights of Helsinki and the home of our friend, who we came to visit. Such wonderfully warm and welcoming hotel staff, who could not have been more helpful. Our room had everything we needed, especially the comfortable bed which guaranteeed a good nights sleep. "Older hotel where the rooms could do with being renovated. There is a gym - old but does the job. But too not bad for the price although we did have to pay an extra 20 euros a day for an extra person in the same room. They also charge 10 euros an hour for any check out past midday. Quiet location about 10 minutes walk from the centre and 15 mins walk from the train station. Good breakfast although it does get very busy and chaotic at peak times. "

The only thing that would have made things better would have been if there was an option for early check in say 1pm instead of 4pm as our flight landed at approx 11.30 so we had to use a storage facility nearby for our luggage and wait around for 4 hours.
