"Beautiful place, but bit of a tourist scam. As the hotel opened a few days before our coming, some things were missing : a rack for the jackets and shoes... The heater is hard to set and is noisy. However, the staff is lovely and always ready to help. It also misses an electric plug for cars."

"Upeat uudet ja siistit tilat. Hiljaista oli, mikä sopi meille loistavasti. Huone siisti. Ainut mikä huoneesta puuttui oli jääkaappi, näin pitkänmatkalaiselle olisi ollut hyvä joku minikaappi. Vedenkeitin huoneesta löytyi vaikka sitä ei tiedoissa erikseen mainittu. Huoneessa oli melko lämmin, takaovea onneksi sai auki jotta sai vähän lämpötilaa laskettua. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Muissa arvosteluissa luin että englanniksi joutui asiansa selvittämään henkilökunnan kanssa mutta näin ei...

"They sent two street addresses so it was confusing where I was supposed to go, they didn’t include a letter before the number so I couldn’t find the right building, they didn’t provide parking instructions so I parked in the wrong spot and get yelled at in a note by the right parker telling me to move my car, and on night two, my front door was opened after midnight by new tenants looking for their room. I’m don’t know if I’ll get any sleep now. "

"Nonostante il prezzo elevato, non hanno cambiato per due giorni gli asciugamani (cambio possibile pagando una tassa) né rifatto il letto. Dopo la doccia, si allagava tutto il bagno e bisognava spingere l'acqua nel tombino con una scopa. Lavandino si otturava. Colazione discreta. Non rifornivano i saponi. "Fantastic location and apartment. I was a bit unsure about getting there and what would be there for us when we did, but it all turned out perfect. The bus transfer from Rovenheim train station was a doddle. Its actually called the Ski Bus and runs 4 times a day. On arrival the place was a magical winter wonderland and buzzing with activity. The beds were comfy and in the morning you could quite literally ski from your doorstep, down the slope and straight onto the ski lift. "
