"寒さのためスマホの充電が無くなり鍵の受け取り場所にも迷いましたが、即座に対応いただき大変有り難かったです。 部屋はオイルヒーターで床まで暖かく快適、清潔感もあり水回りや調理器具なども綺麗でした。炊飯器もあり、米を持参して正解。すぐ前にスーパーもあり、外食することなく済みました。トラムの停留所なども近くて観光にも便利な場所です。 洗濯洗剤は見当たらなかったので、針金ハンガーや物干し紐&洗濯バサミとともに持参して良かったです。どうもありがとうございました。"
