"A favorite hotel of mine to visit for business. The rooms are always very clean however the rooms and in particular the bathroom needs a bit of an update. Staff were professional but a little cold on the desk, I had an issue with my key card and was treated like I was trying to sneak into the hotel when I asked for them to be reactivated. I did however have a personal issue that was solved in a very helpful manor by one of the team. The most annoying part of booking this hotel is the amount of emails and PDF attachments they send you - surely this could be condensed into one email."
