"Best choice in the city center. Within walking distance of everything. The hotel is extremely clean and well appointed. Everything works. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. "We loved the location - close to the Royal Mile and close enough to the tram stop from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice perk. The only downside was we asked for a wake up call and never received one. "

"Staff were great, sleeping areas were cleaned well though the toilet seat had dried blood on the side when we arrived at the hotel. Location is about as good as it gets for travelling with small children, leave the front door and you see Big Ben, then walk north a block and you can see the London Eye! The pool is a great way to unwind after a day of walking around London, and the fitness centre is better than many hotels I’ve visited in the past. "

"My brief interaction with one staff member was good, but the hotel itself is quite run down. The single bed was extremely uncomfortable, the door to my room didn't properly lock and the walls were so thin that you could hear everything going on around you and in the halls quite loudly. The shower was good and the sheets seemed clean, but overall cleanness was questionable. "
