"We had one left in AMS after a cruise. So, we decided to stay in central location. This hotel is next to DM Square. So, it’s an excellent location! The only complaint is that the front desk never informed us the room was ready even though we waiting in the lobby sitting right in front of them. Be sure to ask to be called or texted when your room is ready."

"Hotel was conveniently located near Big Ben and was easily aceesible to public and private transportation. Rooms were good size and clean. There was some confusion regarding upgrade for EcoClean to a free meal voucher, signs were posted in room, but the property no longer does this. Signs should be upated, very minor issue. I would recommend this property and plan on staying here in the future! "

"Clean, modern hotel in walking distance of rail network and right in city centre. Excellent breakfast. Very comfy beds. . Negatives - no coffee in bar after 11 pm. No cocktails after 11pm. No plug socket near mirror in bedroom for using hairdryer. No cake/ snacks available in bar during the day. All negatives are only minor points though and so would definitely stay here again. Staff all very friendly . "
