"Enjoyed the porters - Antony is great! The outlet in the bathroom did not work which would have been appreciated. The sustainability option was used on the door for no cleaning but then staff still came in unexpectedly and didn’t love that. We would have put our belongings away had we known staff would enter. "

"My arrival was simple and the reception staff are wonderful. I like that I’m asked if I want room service and as I was only there two nights, so I said that I didn’t need one. I didn’t use the restaurant but did get room service and it was quick and well cooked and tasty. I would stay here again without hesitation"

Easy transport options, lots of food and drink options, lovely hotel. Great rooftop bar, small but adequate pool area. I’d asked for a room with a view but got an internal atrium view. We enjoyed the breakfast. I was able to have a late check out for a small fee. "
