"Great location! Near the ports, and the ferry. Shopping and all of the major eateries are within a 10- 20 minute walk Safe and secure location . Very clean hotel, nice bar lodge area."

"The decor and private garden were nice, as was the self-service pantry on the 2nd floor. The destination fee was a little annoying on top of the proxy room rate, as the credit for the bar was not useful for one member of our party who does not drink. Very convenient to Old Port."

"Very nice hotel in downtown Portland. Older but elegant with easy access to downtown eateries and harbor. Room was very nice. Old style using regular keys instead of cards. Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and nice breakfast in the restaurant. Definitely would stay again."
