"I requested and received a nice firm mattress. We slept very well and appreciated the customer service. Our check in was a little rough, after 11 pm at night and with a less than customer oriented front desk person. When we got in our room we noticed Advil pills scattered around the room which made us question how week it has been vacuumed.
