Wonderful hotel with clean rooms, easy valet parking, and a great location. We loved the small area right off of the elevator on our floor which provided water, coffee, and pastries for use in the mornings.

The Portland Harbor Hotel was lovely and very convenient to the tourist area of Portland. The staff were fantastic - very friendly and eager to share recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The hotel restaurant was a great choice for breakfast! And we really enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day by the firepit with our craft cocktails from the bar! It was a very enjoyable stay!

The New England decor was pleasant. The free snack station on each floor was great (fruit, yogurt, granola, pastries, trail mix bars, coffee, multiple tea flavors, cookies) are a nice edition. We avoided the destination/resort fee be having breakfast or cocktails each day. The outdoor fire pits were enjoyable

We have really enjoyed our stay at Portland Harbor Hotel. Our room was clean, the location is super convenient, and the staff was super helpful with recommendations, especially Adam. I would definitely recommend the Portland Harbor Hotel. The location was perfect for visiting the Old Port area; one block up from the waterfront. The hotel was quiet. The rooms were well appointed (we had a courtyard view junior suite. The staff was very friendly and a pleasure to speak with. The restaurant had a very nice breakfast menu as well as a dinner menu.

Staff ensured our room on check in was quiet. Except there was a night club across the street. Then when asked for a new room was told by staff “that they would bet their career it would be quiet”. The room was one floor up on the same side … Couldn’t sleep until after 1am because of the club across the street
