Amazing service! Very helpful staff!

Good value for money, but the parking situation could be improved. I had to park a few blocks away, which was inconvenient with luggage. The hotel itself was comfortable, and the staff were accommodating. The amenities, including the fitness center and pool, were great, so I would stay again but would plan for parking ahead of time.

awesome

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was so outstanding as to be quite memorable. We especially appreciated the speed and ease with which they made arrangements for tours and transportation requirements. The included breakfast buffet was excellent. The only feature that might cause those who are sensitive to it to rate the entire experience as anything less than outstanding is that the pillows are harder and somewhat thicker than most. Perhaps they have substitutes available on...

Such an amazing place to stay! I really felt like I was well taken care of and that the hotel did their best to accommodate me as much as possible. They included a lot of freebies that I really appreciated, such as airport transfers, a traditional dinner, and even massages! Compared to other hotels that try to nickel and dime you, this one included everything and made me feel extra special. The location is a further walk than most places to the main area near pub street but it also is a more...

My wife and I came to cambodia to celebrate 10 years together, so it was a very special trip, I have been fortunate to travel around the world and have stayed in a lot of hotels but I have to say that hands down this is the BEST SERVICE I have ever experienced, from the minute we got there to the minute we left they treated us like royalty, they made sure that we had an amazing time, I can not say enough good things about them, everyone deserves credit, in particular the reception staff but...

Spectacular service. Better than most 5 star hotels I've stayed in. Lot of freebies. Good pool with fast wifi. Didn't like the design of the bathroom (floods when you shower) and the positioning of aircon. Had the poolside room.

We wanted to be close to Chinatown, and Else was exactly what we were looking for - cool, chic, comfortable, and convenient. The pool was adequate for laps. Gym was sparse but usable. The room was definitely a highlight - spacious but cozy, if that makes sense. The breakfast options were alright, but they tasted quite good. We had drinks at the Yellowfin, which were pretty good too.
