"This was a fantastic hotel. There was construction going on nearby and the staff were very apologetic about it even though they couldn’t help the noise. The pool is wonderful and the restaurant is pretty good too. It’s close to Khmer pub Street which has some interesting and less touristy night life choices. I would definitely stay here again."

I truly beautiful place to spend your time in between adventuring over such a cool area. I will highly recommend this destination and specifically this resort. "The whole experience was fantastic! The staff, the room, the service, the food, and the location made our stay memorable. Although the hotel is in the city right by the Palace, it felt like we were in a beautiful resort outside a city. The only improvement opportunity we can provide would be about the entrance where guests come in for checking in and choking out. The entrance is not appealing. We got off on the street literally no hotel designated entry way for cars or for guests. The street right by the door was dirty and smelly. We were actually scared of entering the hotel. We wondered what we should expect from the inside based on what we experienced at entry point. However, once we got in, inside the hotel starting from the reception area did not let us down. The breakfast buffet was great with a good variety of choices. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The rooms were very clean, the poolside we incredible appealing and you don’t want to leave the hotel. "

"What a hotel. I want to gate keep this place but it such a gem that I have to share. The layout amazing. The restaurant is on the first floor for breakfast. Of course there’s also a restaurant that is, I believe on the 24th floor that is quite romantic; if you want to go there for a date. The pool, outstanding, very relaxing with beautiful views. Hotel rooms were kept impeccable. I would like to give a shout out to the cleaning staff member Kim Tiv who did wonders making sure my room was impeccable. After a long day, returning back the hotel room, I was always reassured that it was going to be perfect which it was. Of course there is always a wicked witch in every fairytale story and there’s a wicked witch in this story too. Let’s just call her the wind. Due to a design flaw, when they’re are high winds the higher level floors with 03 will make a large humming sound as if there was construction work going on. Of course during my day there was highway winds. I will say, after talking to the staff, the Manager, came to my room and we discussed options. As much as I did not want to, we settled into changes rooms. after the room change problem fixed. A shout out to the staff for making sure I was happy. I will stay in The future. "
