"Good service. Staffs are nice . The bathroom and room is old. Bathroom looks moldy. Need to redo. Leaking window when it rain. "

"Big and great room. Very intelligent thought out design of room and building. Didn't like the bed because it was too stiff. Couldn't have a good night sleep for the whole week. Air con was not cleaned and so I had a difficult time breathing and it was making my throat sore. Finally to many bugs entering my room. Other than that it was a very elegant room. Wished the table was bigger and that's it."

"Fint værelse. Dog er billederne fra deres fineste værelse og det er ikke det man skal forvente. God rengøring - som dog kom ind og gjorde rent selvom man havde “do not disturb” til. Lidt vanskelig kommunikation med receptionen som ønskede at vi kommunikerede over WhatsApp. "

Everyone was SO helpful, polite, and friendly! There's an employee I want to especially thank: Steven from the front desk. He went out of his way to help us make a bus reservation for the next leg of our trip and we couldn't have done it without him! Give him a raise!!! I love this hotel and its staff and hope to come back soon!!!"
