"My room was great. AC worked great. The pillows are very hard but the housekeeping gave me softer pillows. The staff were great and always quick to provide me of what I needed. Especially Reynaldo on the 17th floor. The rooftop restaurant and pool was my favorite especially at Sunset time. The staff were so Nice and Welcoming. Ram, Mike, I wish I remembered everyone’s name. The food was delicious. The front office, David,Len,Chaz was so caring, made sure I was safe from the heat, check on grab so that I won’t walk far in the heat.The front door staff, Francis,Omar, Ariel and Benson. The hotels location is near everything.Century City Mall and Century City Medical Center is 5 minutes walk. I stayed for 28days and it seems not long enough.I will stay here again."
