"In a jet lagged moment upon landing in Vancouver from Europe, I accidentally booked the wrong night. I called the hotel and they were able to switch it to the correct night and even upgrade me for free when my original room wasn’t available. So I was able to get a good nights sleep after traveling for so many hours. This is why I always choose this hotel. Fast efficient service and super friendly people. Thank you again!!"
