"We had a wonderful stay in Kelowna for just one night. We were able to check in much earlier than planned which was nice as we have a special needs child. My only complaint was that we couldn’t get a cot in the room for her. (They don’t have cots) her bed is a safe bed which attaches with straps around a mattress, she had to sleep on the floor, but it worked out as it was only for one night."

"We loved the design and staff but the blood on our bedding (not from us) and the pile of room service dishes not cleaned up and cake smooshed into the hallways with a random pill on the floor that was not cleaned up after telling staff the night before sucked but we can look past that it was a beautiful pool and spa area the view of the dumpsters wasn’t as nice. Stayed in the arms! Avoid too. 225 and 325 view of parking lots and dumpsters. There was a to go cup on the pool area for two days and some wine or body fluid by the steam room I wish I avoided"
