"Needs: In-room fridge - cupboard space appears to be there for it; Noise insulation - can hear snoring between floors and can't sleep in with early cleaners; Ergonomic chair to enable prolonged use for work; More attentive serving staff - busy talking or doing other things without looking over; Consistent customer service between staff. Rooms are nice and clean. Afternoon tea is generous. "

The evening meal was lovely as was the breakfast and reasonably priced. If your one of those snobs who run fingers along skirting boards or delve into the various crevices in bathrooms then don't stay but if your like us ...enjoy a nice warm comfortable room, happy staff and excellent food then the regent is perfect for you.
