"All good, no complaints."

"Beautiful grounds on this property and the staff is friendly. However, the rooms are severely outdated and the beds are very uncomfortable. The bed was so uncomfortable in my first room that we instead slept on the pull out sofa for several nights. The manager, Jennifer, did her best to help us and put us in a different room. The bed in our new room was still uncomfortable. It seems like the beds, mattresses, furniture, etc. are many years old. I’ve never stayed in a hotel before with such uncomfortable beds. Also, we stayed 4 nights and did not receive maid service once. I hope for future guests that the Hilton takes care of these major issues. I would never stay there again. "

"The room was large enough to include a table with two comfortable chairs, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Easy walk to the South Rim. Plenty of food options. We’d definitely stay here again."

"Hello, I’m writing to share concerns about my recent stay, as the experience did not meet the standard I expect from a Hilton property. First, the condition of the room was unacceptable. There were visible cleanliness issues throughout—marks on the wall, what appeared to be residue in the bathroom, paw prints on the back of the bathroom door, a ring around the bathtub, and stains in the bedroom area. Overall, the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. I attempted to request a room change, but I was told the property was fully booked and no alternatives were available. While I understand occupancy challenges, the condition of the room warranted a better resolution. In terms of service, the only positive interactions we had were with two gentlemen who drive the golf carts around the property—one older gentleman and another African-American gentleman. Both were kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of our interactions with staff did not reflect that same level of service. Additionally, we had paid for breakfast, but at check-in there was no communication or guidance on where or how to access it. The following morning, when I asked about breakfast, I was initially told it was not included. After reviewing my account, I was then told we needed to go to the bar to order. This lack of clear communication was frustrating and avoidable. I took pictures if you would like to see"

"The first room the location of the TV didn't make sense in proximity to the bed. Had to change rooms. The second room was good but getting to the elevator was confusing and challenging. The hot tub was nice except for the the 3 children jumping around and their 3 adults that used it for over an hour. By the time we(2 adults) got to use it we were told pool area closed at 9:30. Sorry but I think the hot tub should be for adults only and should be opened until at least 10 pm."

"The room was clean and definitely it is a privilege to stay in the village of Grand Canyon National Park. You are close to everything and you have shuttle access. If you are driving, it could be little hard to find the building unless you check the building location first. Self-check in was convenient and fast. If you see a few people in front of you, consider and process with self-check in. Electrical outlets were ready for multiple USBs and regular plug ins. I would definitely recommend this ledge if you would like to spend little more time in the park and maximize your stay in Grand Canyon. If you would like to stay closer to the canyon edge, there would be other choices. For me Yavapai is my favorite."
