Very cozy Hotel in the mountains of Prescott Az. Coffee 24-7and full morning Breakfast which was well staffed. Music, made it very nice during our coffee and tea times.

The staff is exactly what you want and expect. Kind, curteous, and efficient. The jacuzzi rooms are the way to go. We have stayed here a few times and will again.

No hook in bathroom toilet area for clothes or towels. Maids took dirty towels and didn’t replace them all. We had to go ask at the desk for them. They did walk them to the room as we were leaving out for the evening which was nice. Didn’t replace soaps for our second night. Had to ask for that too. Toilet paper roll was hard to open and we had roll on top of it and when they cleaned they didn’t even put it on the holder for us. Room didn’t look the cleanest. Dust on the dresser and kitchenette area.
