"I probably had too high expectations given it got a 9 rating. I can recommend it if you temper your expectations. Everything is well maintained and clean. The staff is nice. There's a nice coffee machine available in a room near the office There is free parking in the back. The hotel has a great location at one end of the Cottonwood historic district main street so there's plenty to walk to. Best of all is a very large interior patio with chairs and tables where most of the travelers hung...

"The cabin was nice and very well equipped with dishes and things. The park was very nice. I like that the cabins have grills and trees for parking shade. Great amenities in the park. Unfortunately it takes forever to the park bc there's 100 roundabouts between there and town and a 5mph speed limit through the whole park adds to an already long trip. There's barely cell service at the cabins and no wifi. Also the ac cannot keep up with heat so it was 86° in the cabin during the day. "

"The staff was wonderful. I need a rollaway bed for an extra child and the young lady went ahead and brought it to the room free of charge. I was on a budget, yet, I wanted my son to have all him friends around. I really appreciate her kindness and helping us out."
