"Clean, good food"

"The room was filthy. There wasn't a clean spot in the room. Bathtub had hair. Walls dirty. Carpet filthy. A/C not adjustable. Broken window glass. Moldy caulk, sink moldy, slow drain, smells of mold. TV good, sheets clean. Entry to building disgraceful. Unsavory characters about. Garbage and cig butts litter outside. Dirty window. Terrible place to stay. Front counter dirty. One elevator out of service. Filthy elevator. "

"Loved our stay at the Caribou Lodge! The lobby and our room are super cozy and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great, just 20 mins walk from Banff center or less than 10 mins by bus (bus passes for the whole stay provided by the hotel too which we love). Bus stop is right by the hotel which is super convenient, we didn't have to drive the car to Banff town at all during the whole stay. Restaurant has nice breakfast too!"

"Great place to stay. Train tracks run along side of the building but is by far the quickest train tracks that I ever heard! You hear a little sound from the locomotives and that is it. But for light sleepers there were ear plugs next to bed. lol. Breakfast was good and very reasonable I would definitely stay there again. "

"I definitely think it is worth it to stay here! Staff was very kind and room very spacious on the fourth floor. Ordered room service that was the bar next door called Jetz and food was great. Lots of shops around and not far from the touristy stops if you rent a car. "
