"Hotel is aging and not being upgraded or taken care of now. Rooms could be cleaned better-bathroom was dirty & the whole floor. Beds were comfortable though! Quiet at least which was welcomed! Staff are friendly until you ask for something then they become super rude and totally unhelpful. Would NOT recommend the West 67 grill! Unless you wanna serve yourself. Breakfast was not good-meat soaked in grease and watery scrambled eggs. The hot tub is great! But the rocks are falling apart causing a sand like feel in the bottom and the entire pool floor liner is lifting making it a tripping hazard. Don’t know if we would stay again, only booked it because it was cheap"

"I love the garden, pool, hot tub.. Upgraded / renovated rooms are amazing. Corey King the manager is awesome!! And.. Ryan at front desk is amazing, professional and a big reason why we kept coming back. “Hope your family is doing well Ryan.” .. you know what.. I’m going back tomorrow!!"

"My husband and I had an overnight stay. Check-in went smoothly and the person at the front desk was pleasant. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had the (included) breakfast the following morning and it was very nice. We’ve stayed in the Red Deer location one other time. Again, everything was good. The only complaint I had at our previous stay, was the orange juice was the worst I’ve ever had. I commented on it in my previous review and the manager emailed me back, apologizing for the orange juice and said he’d speak with the kitchen team. He did exactly that and the orange juice was considerably better this stay. We didn’t use the pool so we can’t comment on it. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. "

"Clean room. Pull out couch is pretty uncomfortable to sleep on. Our AC unit was also annoyingly load - we eventually unplugged it altogether. "
