"Our two-night stay at Emerald Lake Lodge was a memorable highlight of our road trip. Traveling with our Pomeranian-Chihuahua, we loved how welcoming the property felt—perfect for strolling around the peaceful grounds and even walking out onto the frozen lake, which made for a truly magical experience. The shuttle service was convenient and seamless, with friendly, reliable drivers who made getting around easy. Evenings were especially cozy thanks to the delicious cocktails crafted by the bartender, which we enjoyed right in front of the fireplace in our room—such a relaxing touch after a day outdoors. The only downside was the bathroom shower: while the water pressure was strong, it was quite loud and the hot water fluctuated a bit. That said, it didn’t take away much from an otherwise lovely stay. Overall, we left feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience."

"This place is amazing!! Beautiful secluded spot by a creek. The room was great, clean, big and felt like a cabin but a bit more elevated. There’s no tv, but I can’t imagine people would want to use one much since outside is so beautiful! Lake Louise is only 20 mins away and there a lot of beautiful hikes and views nearby. The only thing I didn’t like was the walls seem to be paper thin. I could hear everything from the rooms around me. So bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper or stay in one of the actual cabins on the property. Otherwise it’s a great place. One of my new faves and will definitely be booking again!"

"Very clean and cozy cabins, it was a great place to stay for the night and we will be back. The fireplace was premade and easy to use and you were able to go over to the main lodge for food and drinks and/or to play a board game. You were also able to bring board games back to your cabin with you. Only thing missing was that I wish every cabin had a shower, but honestly wasn’t a big deal. It was about a 25 minute drive to Banff."
