"Clean rooms, staff nice and ready to help "

"We stayed in the two bedroom wolf suite. The layout was perfect for our family so the kid could go to sleep and us still be able to stay up at night. The bathrooms were nicely updated, with a full kitchen that we used a few times. The biggest downside was the overwhelming musty smell that we noticed right away. We opened the windows and it seemed to be manageable, and also don't know if it was just our room since we aren't one to complain. But coming home everything in our suitcases needed to be rewashed, even if the clothes were still clean which was annoying. Also the one site gyms equipment was super dated and the only 2 treadmills were out of order. For family, the room layout was great, the pool and hot tubs were good and the shuttle to and from town was convenient. Overall a decent place to stay for the price, but probably would try somewhere else next time just cuz there are so many options in Banff! "

"The hotel and room were lovely! Our room was spacious and well equipped. We felt safe and secure on the property. All the staff were kind and helpful. The hot tub was amazing. The meal choices at the Chili’s on site were limited, especially breakfast. No kids options. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this hotel. "

"Booked a pet friendly cabin for a few days, great check in, nice cabin, nice to have a closed in patio "

"The room was clean, the staff was AMAZING, parking was additional charge but it SHOULD NOT be ALL season. One other thing was the microwave, I feel like that should be in the room especially because we had kids with us and to warm food. "

"Awesome option for when in Banff. Not on the Main Street which is great when you want some quiet and actual nature. Their restaurant was also amazing. "

"Spotlessly clean, loved the hot pools and the complimentary tea, coffee and cocoa on demand. The service and staff were wonderful; they even found a pencil and sharpener for my daughter so she could do her homework. My youngest was a little disappointed there was no true swimming pool, but the rest of us didn't mind. The view from the hot pools is spectacular. They also provide free bus passes, which we appreciated so we could avoid trying to find parking downtown. We will stay here again on our next trip to Banff."
