"The cabin worked well for our family of 5 for 2 nights. We had a small issue which the staff took care of very nicely. Responsive and friendly. Great location with easy shuttle to Downtown Banff."
Banff Park Lodge

"Good location pretty well right in the centre of Banff. Paid parking (not unusual in Canadian city locations) in an underground car park which was convenient. The Kitchenette in our room was pretty minimal but Banff is coming down with places to eat, though we do like to make our own breakfasts when travelling for a period, so that is a small negative. Our room appeared to be brand new and the bed etc was very comfortable. All in all, we’d definitely stay here again if we were staying in Banff."

"We did a 4 night stay in early September and the room was great. The views of the mountains were terrific and the in room fireplace made it very cozy. The location of the hotel was good for us, at the edge of town away from the crowds but close enough for a nice walk. We also received bus passes for our stay with the bus stop right in front of the hotel, very convenient. All in all a first class hotel."

"Wonderful!!!! Loved the small kitchen, fireplace and the view. Sitting on the patio was amazing. We saw birds, small critters and a fox."

"Lovely big clean room with really comfortable beds. Great location within Banff and easy parking. Staff were all great. Only slight complaints was the water pressure in the shower was quite poor and the buffet table in the breakfast room is very small, so was quite chaotic first thing in the morning with lots of people trying to reach over each other."

"Hotel is nicely locatedat the end of Main Street - close to restaurants and shops, but not in the busy area. Public transportation works well and front desk helpful in finding the schedules. Aarita was amazing with her knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. She helped us with transportation and various reservations for the area.. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others."
