"It was great experience for family trip and no surprises, but there are few things to improve. 1. Booking via Expedia is lacking communication. (Booked BBQ, but Sukiyaki was prepared) 2. Neighbor group was very noisy until 1am. Thank you."

"Beautiful resort area loacation. Nature abounds, property is like new. Expensive place to visit as taxi is needed but still enjoyable."

"Area was overall amenable to travel and the first stop on the cable car. House is less than a minute away from the stop, too. I wish they had told us it costs 200 yen per load of laundry and 100 yen per 20 mins of drying. We would have been better prepared. "

"Very nice place for vacation, clean and spacious. It’s raining so we couldn’t enjoy in balcony. Also very nice bath tub! Very good maintenance, things like new."

"Ocean view is excellent place to watch the cruise ships land. You are so close to shopping at Motomachi, redbrick warehouse, Chinatown, etc. very convenient. The staff is so polite and so willing to help at anytime. Lived the staff. The room was very spacious. If I have one concern, it would be the bath and toilet space. It is very cramped. Otherwise the hotel "

"This hotel was great with a fantastic view of Mt. Fuji. Restaurant options for breakfast and dinner were top notch. We really enjoyed the food. We also appreciated the on site gift shop which was also a small market. Good selection of snacks and beverages. The staff was excellent and very helpful and accomodating. The hotel is a little remote (at the top of a steep hill). If you don't have your own car, it can be a bit of a challenge getting around, and relying on the shuttle. "
