"The room was clean. It did have a smell like they need to deep clean the carpet. They clean the room every 3 days so if you are staying for only 3 days you have to call for more toilet paper and towels. It was one rude lady that worked the front desk her name was Shavon. When we came back Saturday night our keys were not working. We called the front desk and Shavon answered and was rude from the beginning. Not helpful at all. We parked in the back and was told come to the front with attitude in her voice. Once we got to the front nobody was at the front desk to open the doors and we had to ring the doorbell twice. Still no explanation or empathy. Again Shavon is very rude. Other than that the other staff members were friendly and always said Good Morning or Hello. The breakfast staff is very nice and friendly."
