"Staff here is amazing. Our flight was super early and we went to check in the bags so we could explore the city in the meantime. The staff was actually able to help us get checked in way earlier and help us get settled. Coffee smell in the lobby is also amazing and super welcoming. Room was wonderful. Great view, super clean and comfortable, perfect to unwind "

"For my daughter’s birthday the grandparents ordered fruit service from outside as the hotel doesn’t provide the service. The staff said it was all set up but the balloons were in the bags and the fruits also. It was surprising. Overall not bad for the price."

"The room was small and there was no refrigerator. The hotel was just okay for what it was. Probably wouldn't stay there again and maybe try something else. "

"The rooms aren’t carpeted and when we walked in there were some obvious blobs of food stains on the flooring, feeling like they hadn’t been mopped well between stays. No amenities like coffee, Netflix, etc. and shower/bath was old and cracked and didn’t drain well. Great location, comfy beds, house keeping came daily while we were out and restocked towels, made beds. Walk next door to grand centrals food court rather than get hotel breakfast. "

"The room was clean and spacious considering most hotels are closet spaces. The elevators took forever between the 3 of them and 40+ floors…the wait was crazy."

"The property is very clean and in a great residential neighborhood. The rooms are pretty bare bones but who wants to hang out in the room when you're in New York City?? The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean, and you couldn't beat the location. The staff was fantastic and very nice. Subway station is right on the same block. Would definitely stay there again!"
