I only stayed one night to break up a long trip. The room was small but comfortable. It was cramped by 2 small night stands and a couch that I think was a pull out. The couch was dingy with stained pillows. I didn't use that and just pushed it back into the corner. There was no TV service or internet. The front desk said it was being serviced. There was also a youth group there that were noisy and ran up and down the halls.it served its purpose.

The staff was great. The hotel has serious issues. The pool was filthy and unavailable. The elevator was broken. The TV did not work the entire time I stayed there. The room was clean but the lamp by my bed was not working. The whole thing felt like the hotel is struggling financially. Which is odd, because this is apparently a popular area and this hotel is full. Maybe they need to charge a few more bucks and invest in their property.

The front staff was very welcoming and cordial. The room was appointed tremendously, the bathroom was very clean. The vibe was a good one! It would be nice to have a hairdryer provided and it would be nice to have a pump bottle of body wash to go with the shampoo and conditioner and it would also be nice to have tea bags along with the coffee. Everything else was great!
