Our two night stay was very pleasant. Staff were very nice & helpful. The breakfast had great choices … fruit, cereal & eggs etc The beds were comfortable. My only issue was that there were no more handicapped rooms left & the toilet was very low Hard for a handicapped person to get up from. That said we would definitely stay there again should the occasion arise.

Everything was great, starting at the friendly staff at check-in, super clean rooms, and then a nice swim in their pool (yes, actually long enough to do laps). Breakfast was decent, but would have loved cooked oatmeal (instead of instant packets), since there were such great toppings. Overall a great stay!

The room was very clean and I had a little snafu with my first room, but nothing major. The staff were super great and helpful. It’s a good, clean hotel with comfy beds if you’re looking for something economical. Nice hotel!

Great experience from start to finish. Staff at the front desk as very accommodating and pleasent to say the least. The location was very close to all the places we were interested in seeing as well. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Would certainly stay again.

Stayed one night with family at this Holiday Inn Neptune location. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Always a plus when you receive free breakfast and parking. I would recommend if you need a hotel in the Neptune/Asbury Park area to choose this one. Thank you Holiday Inn.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, friendly staff, and breakfast had many choices. We had two rooms on the 4th floor. Unfortunately the elevator broke so going up and down the stairs was not enjoyable with luggage.

Great spread at breakfast. Good location (10 minutes from the Bradley Beach, Belmar and Avon by the Sea. Shops and restaurants 5 minutes in either direction on Route 66.

Everything was perfect, clean room, super easy and simple check in, only a $50 deposit that you get right back the next day. All good things, my only issue was the tv, couldn’t figure out how to work it really lol it’s direct tv and maybe that was why but I could t even find like the Home Screen to sign into Netflix or anything. Other than that, I’d recommend for sure!

Hotel was clean and room was nice, but night staff in particular was not helpful at all. It was like they just needed a body there to say they have a 24 hour office. Room key access to areas of the property that should have worked didn't, and they never corrected it even after a visit to the desk, they just opened the area for me instead of correcting the problem.

The hot breakfast we very good with lots of options. The room and entire building was clean and quiet, if you get a room on the back side of the hotel. I can't comment on how quiet is was on the side facing the road. Overall it was excellent, but the only minor complaint I might have is that the AC/Heat unit was difficult to control. There is a wall thermostat, but within the span of just a couple of minutes, the AC/Heat unit may go from blowing very cold AC to heat. I realize the point is to keep the room at that desired temp, but it was cold outside, and when blowing AC it was "drafty" in the room, with cold air blowing around. My point is the thermostat could be less "touchy". I also overheard someone mentioning the same thing when I was at breakfast.
