"very nice place, amenities and staffs"

"It was overall nice.I will definitely stay here again."

"Great stay, thank you! :)"

"I booked for 5 people. 4 seniors and 1 younger adult. We were given a very small unit with 1 room. We were cramped. The sofa was not even a sofa bed, we had to improvise adding the ottochair so the legs of kuya (80 yrs) won't be hanging. Mattress were spread ON THE FLOOR . Poor Ate (73 yrs) had the difficulty to get up from the floor. Btw, the mattress has to be folded because when spread completely, it will block the door. The caretaker was apologetic but maybe forgot to report to the owner...

"Very quiet"

"Small and really out of the way. The road is rough and seemed odd. The property seemed nicer than the location. For a tight budget if you don’t want a lot a space this place will do"

"The ocean can be seen from the top floor "

"Spacious and clean rooms."

"Lovely apartment right on the sea front. We were late checking in but the host stayed until we arrived. Place was clean with good amenities, I would stay here again."

"Absolutely NO, ZERO, information about how to check in. Sat around for almost an HOUR before a second security guard wandered past and told us the agent is at gatehouse. Building was old appeared to be full of cracks, but we were told it's safe, and has been checked out as ok, hmmmm. Pool was basic and too deep for my 8 year old to stand up safely, so into the tiny kiddies pool. Everybody was so UNHELPFUL! First and last visit to North point."

"The top floors of this building are much better than the bottom floors yet they are half the price, you get what you pay for, don’t expect to be cooking meals as they are basic, overall it’s very comfortable and very safe"
