"I stayed overnight from March 16–17, 2026 in Room 706. This was my second time staying in Davao (my first visit was back in 2025). The newly renovated room was clean, fresh, and the hot water pressure was excellent. Davao is generally a safe place, which made the stay even more comfortable. The hotel, Park Inn, has a convenient connecting bridge to SM malls, giving easy access to a wide choice of restaurants and shops. The concierge, Ms. Julie and Sir David, were very accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and I was able to arrange a late check-out without any trouble."

"Keep in mind this is a party resort. The staff and food were excellent. Grounds (area) were very clean. My room was very clean. My only concern was the band stage that went from 6pm to midnight everyday but Saturday that went from 6pm to 2am. Would I book the resort again that would be a definite YES. I had a great time !!!"

Unfortunately I must say that I have never lausy food like that in any other Hotel in the Philippines. This is a pitty because everything else is nice in this Hotel. "
