"Conveniently located next to a large mall and walking distance to a number of restaurants and street food, Acacia is one of Davao's finest hotels. Serving as a venue for events, the busy lobby atrium and flowing staircase accentuate a sense of style and flair.
The rooms are standard international class with small fridge and coffee/tea. There's a love seat and small table as well. Bedding was excellent. Very comfortable!
Each floor is accessible only by keycard, adding to a sense of security.
For the price, however, one would expect a lot more. Not that the rooms have anything wrong with them - just not worth the $100+ per night.
However, Davao doesn't have a lot of alternatives to this type of hotel so I suppose this is what the market will bear."
