"I stayed overnight from March 16–17, 2026 in Room 706. This was my second time staying in Davao (my first visit was back in 2025). The newly renovated room was clean, fresh, and the hot water pressure was excellent. Davao is generally a safe place, which made the stay even more comfortable. The hotel, Park Inn, has a convenient connecting bridge to SM malls, giving easy access to a wide choice of restaurants and shops. The concierge, Ms. Julie and Sir David, were very accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and I was able to arrange a late check-out without any trouble."

"Internet was ok, Staff was nice and friendly, breakfast Buffet was horrible and for a westerner not edible and so was dinner. Really bad food, no salad, no vegetables. Unfortunately I must say that I have never lausy food like that in any other Hotel in the Philippines. This is a pitty because everything else is nice in this Hotel. "

"I liked the homey atmosphere of the entire place. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Their rates are reasonable and affordable to many, delicious breakfast also included. I will definitely stay here again when coming to Davao. Already recommended the place to family and friends."
