Great location, friendly staff and large, comfortable suite. Yes, valet parking is expensive but the rate for the night stay was reasonable for such a nice place and for being so close to the Fieldhouse for the Garth Brooks concert. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful. We came from another hotel stay that was completely appalling and had to cancel because of the cleanliness at the hotel. The staff was very welcoming. Their ballet team was very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was amazing! The hotel staff was incredible! Our room was so perfect! Beautiful beyond beautiful. From our check-in with the most helpful and wonderful person. He was amazing. The room was so clean. First time I didn’t need slippers to walk on the floor of a hotel floor. Valet was excellent! Expensive but worth it. Breakfast so great! The location was in walking distance to so many great restaurants was awesome. Highly recommend!!!!!

The room we had was great. It was spacious and the tall ceilings made it feel even more spacious. The elevator needed some repairs because most of the handrails were falling off. Depending on what kind of experience you want, this location was located near a few bars with people enjoying themselves.

It was nice having a suite although I didn't need a full size refrigerator stove sink or dishwasher if you were staying there and cooking for yourself it would be amazing. Nice big bathroom and the bedroom was big however the pillows and the mattress definitely not comfortable at all. The biggest problem with my stay was the noise. Downtown Indianapolis was loud until 3:30 a.m. with the cars and the mufflers and the loud rap music wasn't even the bar noise it was the nonsense that this city is allowed to go on late into the hours well beyond a reasonable time when people need to get in bed. Something has to be done about that if you want people to return to that City.

Never stayed at this hotel before. Large clean room and friendly staff. Bed was comfy. Was nice that they offered a complimentary happy hour and what they call lite snacks which basically was a full meal in the evening. Breakfast was also complimentary. Definitely would recommend staying here.
