From day one after booking I was able to have questions answered quickly and efficiently. They are courteous, friendly and very respectful. Special thanks to Jodi and Brian!! The restaurants are fantastic and the rooms are well maintained and upkeep daily. When I’m in Taiwan again, I will be staying there again. "
